For people not spending enough time on the iPhone yet, there are some nifty applications pet lovers can check out.
1. Pet Notebook allows pet owners to keep track of information on your pet all in one location.
2. Pet Finder is to help you find a new pet. Pet Finder is a terrific database of pets of all kinds, available for adoption from around the country. Users can limit the search radius to shelters and rescues in their area and search for specific breeds of dogs, cats, guinea pigs…you name it.
3. Off Leash is a database for people searching for off leash dog areas where one travels. The app also provides a map to those off leash parks.
There are, of course, tons of other ones.
Heads up with these apps though, they don’t teach you how to navigate walking the dog and texting at the same time.
