What a summer it has been for cats and kittens at North Bay animal shelters.
Rohnert Park Animal Shelter and Forgotten Felines plus the Sonoma County Animal Shelter are holding cat sales this weekend.
The Sonoma County Animal Shelter put the cat/kitten adoption fee at $30. Rohnert Park was letting kittens go for $20, if you adopted one, the second was half off.
One area shelter cleverly developed a campaign around their challenge of black cats. The Marin Humane Society devloped the top ten reasons black cats make great pets. The shelter has 15 black cats available. Among them: “You’ll never lose us in a snowstorm.
Spay/neuter your cats and in the meantime, go adopt one!
