Update: 63 Basset Hounds rescued by Petaluma group

Every single one of the 63 hounds rescuers looked at had ear infections, none has been spayed or neutered and some of dogs tested positive for giardia and coccidia, two parasite-related disesases that must be treated.

Rescued Basset Hounds need help!

The Golden Gate Basset Hound rescue is off to get 50 dogs from a Red Bluff breeding operation that got in over its head with too many dogs and not enough money to care for them.
