Neglected dogs/cats update

Quiroz says she enjoys taking the dogs out for little walks and setting up their pen in the sun so they can play on the grass and be and do dog things, like chasing potato bugs and being petted.

Horribly neglected dogs look for new lives

There were five dogs, severely malnourished, nails so long they curved back into the pads and nearly hairless because of a severe case of mange and living outdoors in filthy conditions.
